Hartley House now seeks planning approval for 6 number luxury apartments and large ground floor office space. The drawings below illustrate what we hope to receive planning approval for in the future. Bills of quantities are now being drawn up to allow the project to be competitively rendered via the east riding network portal. With project timelines being the end of December 2025 the race is on to commence the next phase of operations at this lovely old building to transform a long time derelict building a building to be proud of for local people.
