Our Building Story
Although we tried to do as much of the work as possible ourselves, inevitably we needed a team of experts. We are lucky to be able to use so many talented, local people from the architect to the bricklayers, the joiners, to the plumber and electrician.

New signage has now been installed at Hartley House to show passers by the wonderful refurbishment works are not just a dream and will soon be a reality. Timber removed from Hartley and sent for recycling
Hartley House strip out continues in full flow. The timber joists are being carefully removed from site and used for a new storage shed for local business Saddle & Glass and partner company of Sable Property. Director Leanne Wilcox quotes “its great to be able to help local businesses and also recycle materials from our site at Hartley House”. “The strip out works are going extremely well and we now have power on at the building, which will assist further”.
