Sable Property design and construct their projects to minimise the impact on our planet
As proud local people The directors of Sable Property Limited Leanne and Jonathan Wilcox, decided to buy this beautiful and iconic property Hartley House, located in a prime location in close proximity to the rail way station with a view in enhancing the local neighbourhood.
Sable Property take this matter very seriously and try wherever and whenever possible to reduce the carbon impact on the local surroundings. The current refurbishment project in the town centre of Goole is a fine example of this with as much of the “strip out” being either used and sold on, or recycled for other uses. The fridges have all been sold from the former night club, the steel has all been taking to the local recycling facility, the timber the same and all settees and chairs have been giving to charities. The lights have been dismantled and given to a local former DJ, trying to recreate his youth at home with his family. Waste to landfill have been drastically reduced by all of this, despite it taking the developer more time and money to carry out.
Great care and consideration is always at the forefront of how Sable Property design and construct their projects to minimise the impact on our planet.
